Health insurance Autogenic training and progressive muscle relaxation are recognised preventive measures of the statutory health insurance. The costs are covered partly or completely by the health insurance funds. The financial support by the health insurance requires the appropriate qualification of the instructor. I have acquired the qualified education at BTB – the only school with governmental concession. At the end of the sessions you receive an invoice/certificate of participation to submit to your health insurance. Some private health insurance companies pay the cost.
